Boat ramps are the easiest way to reach the water.
Pro Tip: Although most bodies of water in Florida have alligators it is unlikely that you will come across one.

This is quite far from the developments but only about 10 minutes from the Kosher Winn Dixie on South Apopka Vineland Rd.
We recommend this one as it is very easy to dip off the boat ramp, and if something falls in, it’s only about a little more than a foot deep (Depending on the tide).
